The Soldering System 548 series  high quality Reflow Soldering with infrared radiation and Hot Air forced convection in one unit.  The IR process allows short processing times while the convection process times responsible for favourable heat component the ratio convection/ raiation can be adjusted individually.  The soldering system 548.~  Series operated with a Hot-Air forced convection.

This allow gentle and even heating of the component and slderingwith a hort peak time. As soldering systems are easy to handle and variable in their application.  Whether small and medium series production. the desired working width can be seleted depending on the specific project. Operating and programming panel.  All parameters for transportation speed. preheating and peak temperature can be set here. All parameters and menus are display easily readable at the LCD display also in Grapgic mode.

As same 548-04 More than Technical data The ratio Convection / Radiation can be adjusted individually.  The soldering system 548-07 operated with a Hot Air forced convection.  This allow gentle and even heating of the component and soldering with a short peak time.  The circuit board will be successively cooled down to ambient temperature in a cooling Zone.  The process can be documented via priter or serial  PC interface.  For quick processing of the circuit boards a discharge unit for Automatic removal of circuit boards can be ordered with soldering unit.

Model 548-10 Reflow System
As same 548-07 but More than High Technical Sepec Without Serial. Pallel and Thermocouple input.  Long length of processing Chamber 1300mm.  Fuction keys and cursor block are used to enter all parameters and menus at the operating panel.  The LCD display informas the operator abpot p[eration and monitoring of the system.  Clear panel design and only a few keys facilitate the entering of programs for the operator.

The soldering system 548-10 is a real multitalented unit for medium and Large .series Production due to its easy hanling and different application possibilities in stand-alone or in Line operation.  Temperatures for radiators and air as well as fan parameters and transportation speed can br st indivdually and allow for quick and safe processing. 
As standard the soldering unit is equpped with an adhesive application and soldering program which can be used as basis for your oqn individually to be compiled program. 
The additional radiators ensure that the soldering temperature is achieved quickly. 

Principle of heating chamber
Thw heating chamber consists of two zones a prsheting and a peck zones. 
The air,  Heated by heating elements is fed in the peck zone against the transportation direction and sucked in again in the preheating zone. 
A proven nozzle system prevents that the components will be blown away.
The medium transportation speed is 25 cm/min.
