Independent Heat Settings for Precise Temperature Profiling and Control
High-mass heat sources and a patented air circulation system provide efficient heat transfer with minimal air turbulence. Three thermocouple inputs allow pin-point real-time monitoring of component and PCB temperatures. Separate cooling zone temperature and belt speed controls provide quality thermal management.

Adjustable Pin Conveyor Over 16" Stainless Steel Mesh Belt
The Himmer-551 comes with a pin conveyor over a stainless steel mesh belt.
Conveyor speed adjusts to almost 32" per minute. (Application and temperature profiling requirements determine actual production speed.)
Although Himmer-551 handles 16" PCBs, the recommended soldering area width for its mesh belt should not exceed 14".

The Himmer-551 Windows-based operating system features a graphical user interface, including full-screen, real-time display of zone temperatures and thermal profile graphs. Management utilities allow easy, unlimited program storage and recall, with networking capability. A 15" flat screen monitor, keyboard and trackball are also included. An attractive cabinet and auto-lift hood allow easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
